Half the build, due within fourteen days. Your build slot is booked from the day that payment clears. The other half is invoiced the day the site goes live. The price is the same with a plan or without one, and there is no separate onboarding fee.
The One-Day Site is the exception: it is paid in full at booking, and the build day is confirmed once payment clears. A build with no plan is billed the same two halves.
Onboarding is the first phase of the build and is inside its price; there is no separate fee. It covers hosting, domain and DNS, analytics, Google Business Profile access, and your client portal. On Momentum and Growth it also delivers the review request system. On Growth it also delivers conversion tracking, the booking system, and the listing claim pack.
Moving up a plan later delivers the higher tier's onboarding work at no charge.
The plan bills from the day the site goes live. Paid month one is the first billing period after launch. A paid month is one billing period on the plan subscription, dated from go-live, not a calendar month.
Plan fees bill monthly in advance to the card on file. Every invoice is payable within fourteen days, with 1.5 percent monthly interest after that. If a plan charge fails I retry and tell you, and after ten days unpaid I may suspend the service until the account is current.
One-time add-ons are invoiced when delivered. Recurring add-ons bill with the plan. Third-party tool costs for call tracking, missed call text back, and the newsletter platform are invoiced through Parabox at cost. Ad spend never passes through Parabox: it runs on your own ad account and card, and the 15 percent on spend above your plan's cap is billed monthly.
No. Beyond the plan, the build, the add-ons you choose, the 15 percent on ad spend above your plan's cap, third-party tool costs at cost, the registrar's price for a domain Parabox buys or renews, and sales tax where the law applies it, there is nothing else. Holding your domain is free and it stays in your name. The monthly fee can change on sixty days written notice.
Yes, on any plan: pay ten months and get twelve. Storefront is $1,500 a year, Momentum $5,000, Growth $15,000. On a new plan the payment is charged the day the site goes live, and the twelve months run from that day.
Prepaid amounts are not refunded. If the plan ends early, what is left carries across as account credit to other work with Parabox. A plan change mid-year re-bills the months used at the old plan's monthly rate, and the balance becomes credit at the new rate. The two free months are earned only by completing twelve months on one plan.
No. Every plan runs month to month from the day the site goes live, with thirty days notice from either side, effective at the end of the billing month.
A plan bought without a build, for a site Parabox migrates as it is, runs month to month from the day it is migrated and live.
No. The build was paid for in full by launch, half at signing and half the day the site went live, and the price was the same with the plan or without it. There is no build balance, no discount to repay, and no penalty. Months already paid are not refunded or prorated.
Once the account is paid up, the site is handed over within fifteen business days: repo access and deploy instructions. Hosting ends at the end of the paid period, and your domain is transferred at no charge. Your Google Business Profile, analytics, and ad accounts were in your name from the start. Parabox keeps your data for thirty days after handover and then deletes it.
Scope is the build, and the page count is a guide: one long page on the One page build, around five on Launch, around twelve on Business. The One page and Launch builds include an editable menu or service list; Business includes a full editable CMS, a blog or content section, and search and conversion tracking set up properly.
There is no per-page price. If your site needs more than a build's band, the next build up is the answer, and the proposal says which. Plan edits mean changes to existing pages. A landing page is different: a standalone conversion page with its own form and tracking and no navigation, built for an ad or campaign. On its own it is the One page build, and Growth includes two a year.
Any build takes any plan. The pairing printed on the cards is the one I recommend: Storefront beside One page, Momentum beside Launch, Growth beside Business, because each plan is sized for the site its build produces. The price of the build does not change with the plan, and the price of the plan does not change with the build.
Guarantee days follow the build: ten business days on One page and Launch, twenty on Business, whatever the plan. Custom builds pair with any plan, are quoted after a call, and follow the same half-at-signing billing.
Slots are booked from the day the deposit clears. Every build uses one, with a plan or without. The One-Day Site does not, since it is booked as a build day, and a migration does not either.
If final content is not received within thirty days of the booked slot start, the slot is released and the build moves to the next open month. The deposit stays on account for six months from signing. After that the engagement closes and the deposit is forfeited.
Live within ten business days of content sign-off on a One page or Launch build, twenty on a Business build, or $300 off the launch invoice. One rule for every build, with a plan or without one. The days follow the build chosen, not the plan: a Growth client on a Launch build has ten, and a Storefront client on a Business build has twenty.
The guarantee covers the build's scope. The clock starts on the later of content sign-off or the scheduled slot start, and content changes after sign-off restart it. On a Custom build the deadline is set in the proposal.
The One-Day Site is not covered by this guarantee. It carries its own: live within 24 hours of the build day's start, with you reachable through the build window and your logo, images, service list, hours, and contact details supplied at the start, or the $350 speed premium is refunded and the site stays yours.
Yes, at the rush price: One page, Launch or Business at 1.5 times its price, in about a quarter of the time. One page in one business day is the One-Day Site, at $1,050. Launch in three business days is $3,000, and Business in five business days is $7,500. All three are on the One-Day Site card: move the slider to the build you want and book the days.
The premium is the difference between the two prices, and it is refunded if the rush deadline is missed, so a late rush costs you the ordinary price for the ordinary build.
No plan caps changes a month. Storefront: unlimited batches, each one submitted list of changes delivered together within three business days. Momentum: changes live in two business days. Growth: changes live the next business day.
Fair use is text, image, and layout changes to existing pages. A redesign, a new section type, or a new integration is quoted separately. Unused posts and calls do not roll over. Turnaround times run from the time a request is submitted through the client portal or by email.
Monday to Friday, Pacific time, excluding US federal holidays. Every turnaround, guarantee, and handover on this page counts them the same way.
Each plan states how fast I answer and when changes go live. If I need more time I tell you before the deadline and set a new date. If a stated turnaround passes with no word from me in a billing month, tell me inside that month and a credit is applied against the next invoice, up to the full plan fee. The credit is $100 on Storefront, $200 on Momentum, $300 on Growth. The credit covers the plan fee only.
On Momentum and Growth, every new review is answered within the week, posted on your approval or automatically if you opt in at onboarding. Photos are refreshed every quarter from photos you supply, after each three paid months.
Every plan keeps your Google Business Profile and Yelp listing correct: hours, address, holiday hours, photos, and posts. Growth and Partner also keep Apple Business Connect, Meta, and Bing Places, and any other listing you use or ask for. Storefront and Momentum buy the Apple and Bing claims as the listing claim pack.
Recurring bonuses come after each completed period on an active plan. The content refresh, the AI visibility check, and the service area page come after each three paid months, one campaign landing page per six paid months, and the design refresh after twelve. Nothing is claimable in advance, so a three month client cannot take a year of bonuses and leave. Deliverables scheduled quarterly or yearly belong to the plan in force on the date they fall due.
Conversion tracking, the booking system, and the listing claim pack are delivered at onboarding. Every bonus that also exists as an add-on stays in the add-on list for the plans that do not include it.
Momentum: Google and Meta managed, up to $2,000 a month in spend on your own ad account, with every ad previewed before it runs. Growth: up to $5,000, with the ad copy written, up to two new creatives a month, and every ad approved by you before it runs. Both: setup, weekly optimization, and results in the Scoreboard. Spend above the cap is billed at 15 percent monthly. Storefront buys the same scope as the ads management add-on.
More leads in paid month three than paid month one, or month four is free. Leads are tracked form submissions, bookings, and tracked calls; conversion tracking is included on Growth, so the count is measured the same way both months. Both are full billing months, always the same length and two months apart, whatever day the site launched.
Conditions: ads live from paid month one with at least $500 a month in spend, forms and tracking untouched. If you declare an off-season at onboarding and paid month three falls inside it, the comparison is paid month four against paid month two, and the credited month is month five. The credit always lands on the month after the comparison month. For annual payers it extends the annual term by one month.
Any day. Work at the new tier starts straight away, the new fee appears on the next invoice, and you receive that tier's onboarding deliverables at no charge. Before launch, if you also move to a bigger build, you pay the difference in build price.
Any time, with fourteen days notice before the billing date, and the lower plan starts on the next cycle. Nothing is clawed back. Deliverables scheduled quarterly or yearly belong to the plan in force on the date they fall due.
Yes, for a site Parabox can host as it is: static or Next.js code that deploys on Vercel. There is no build charge and no setup fee. Billing starts when the site is migrated and live, and the plan runs month to month from the start with thirty days notice. Migrations do not use a build slot.
WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, and similar sites cannot be migrated and need a build.
Live on Parabox hosting within five business days of receiving full access, meaning hosting, the domain registrar, and CMS or repo credentials, or your first month on the plan is free.
