Parabox Digital / Plans and pricing Sacramento, California

A website that keeps earning after launch.

Most sites are built once and left alone. Within a year the hours are wrong, the photos are old, and the contact form has quietly stopped working. We build yours for less, then look after it every month. You pay onboarding to start and the build when your site goes live.

The monthly plan

Your first month is free

Your first month is free on Storefront, Momentum, and Growth. You see a full month of work before the first bill. Momentum and Growth then run three paid months, starting in month two. Storefront and Foundation are month to month from day one.

UX & Website Design and Website Development are the build. Website Management and Digital Marketing are the monthly plan. Those are the same services the home page lists, priced here as the two things you buy.

The build

Billed at launch

Every build has two prices. The lower one comes with three paid months of the plan it is named for. The higher one is the build on its own, no plan attached. Either way, the build is billed when your site goes live.

  1. 01

    One page

One page that sends people straight to booking or ordering. Starts the Storefront plan, or Foundation if you only want the site looked after.

    With a plan $750

    On its own $950

  2. 02

    Launch

Three to five pages, phones first, live in about two weeks. Starts the Momentum plan.

    With a plan From$1,200

    On its own From$1,600

  3. 03

    Business

Six to twelve pages, content you can edit yourself, search and tracking set up properly. Starts the Growth plan.

    With a plan From$2,500

    On its own From$3,300

  4. 04

    Custom

Store, booking, memberships, or anything that talks to software you already use. Pairs with any plan, quoted after a call.

    With a plan $6,500+

Billed in full when your site goes live. The lower price needs the plan the build is named for, or a bigger one. On Storefront or Foundation, a Launch or Business build costs its on-its-own price.

Add-ons. Ads management, articles, listings, review systems, and conversion tracking are priced on their own, and each says which plans it is for. None of them is required. See the add-ons.

In every plan

The parts that run quietly
  1. 01

    Always On Care

Hosting, backups, uptime monitoring, and security updates, with a health check on every report.

  2. 02

    No Lost Leads

We send a live test through your contact form every week and confirm it arrives. Forms break silently.

  3. 03

    Speed Promise

Load speed checked weekly. If a site we built slows down, fixing it is on us.

  4. 04

    The Turnaround Promise

Each plan says how fast we answer and when changes go live. If we need more time, we tell you before the deadline and set a new date. If a deadline passes and you have not heard from us, a week of that month's plan fee comes off your next bill.

  5. 05

    The Scoreboard

Four numbers, what we did, and one recommendation. One page, on a schedule you can count on. The free Scorecard shows you the format with your own numbers, in about two minutes. Try the free Scorecard.

  6. 06

    The QR Studio

QR codes with your logo in the center, on tracked links that count every scan and where it came from. The numbers land on your Scoreboard. Open the QR Studio.

  7. 07

    Your Accounts

Your site, domain, Google profile, and ad accounts stay in your name. If you leave, you take everything with you, at no cost.

How it works

Written plainly
  1. 01

    The first month is free

Your first month is free on Storefront, Momentum, and Growth, starting the day your site goes live. Billing starts in month two. Foundation and Partner have no free month. The free month never moves a clock: the three-month term and Momentum's landing page schedule both count paid months.

  2. 02

Three paid months on Momentum and Growth

Momentum and Growth run three paid months first, starting in month two after the free month. Then they go month to month with thirty days' notice. Storefront and Foundation are month to month from day one. You can move up during the term (see below).

  3. 03

    Leaving early

The lower build price assumes three paid months on the plan. Leave sooner and we bill the difference between the two build prices, scaled to the months you stayed. Your proposal shows the exact figure before you sign. Storefront has no term, so nothing is owed if you stop.

  4. 04

    Onboarding

Onboarding covers kickoff, account setup, tracking, and your first strategy session. It is the only thing you pay before work starts. Your card goes on file at signing, and plan bills start in month two.

  5. 05

The build is billed at launch

Your build is billed the day your site goes live, due within fourteen days. A build bought with a plan needs no deposit.

  6. 06

    Which build price applies

The lower price needs the plan the build is named for, or a higher one: Momentum for Launch, Growth for Business. On Storefront or Foundation, those builds cost the on-its-own price.

  7. 07

    Pay yearly, get two months

Pay ten months up front, get twelve. Any plan. On a new plan the yearly payment is charged when the free month ends, and the twelve months run from that day.

  8. 08

    Your accounts stay yours

Your site, Google profile, and ad accounts are in your name. We work inside them as a manager. Any domain we hold for you is transferred whenever you ask, at no cost.

  9. 09

    What edits cover

Text and image changes on pages that already exist. New pages and new features are quoted separately, unless your plan includes a build project.

  10. 10

Storefront runs on a batch day

Storefront changes go live on one set day each week, agreed at onboarding. Anything urgent goes sooner. Momentum and Growth use the speed on the card.

  11. 11

    Requests, one at a time

Send as many as you need. We work them one at a time, in order, at your plan's speed. If you always need several at once, we will suggest a bigger plan.

  12. 12

    If we miss the turnaround

Each card says how fast we answer and when changes go live. If something needs longer, we tell you before the deadline and set a new date. If a deadline passes and you have not heard from us, tell us that month: a week of the plan fee comes off your next bill, up to the whole month. The credit covers the plan fee only, not add-ons or quoted work, and not delays from waiting on your material or a third-party service.

  13. 13

What we pass through at cost

Licences, stock, print, paid tools, and any photography or video production are billed at cost or paid straight to the supplier. We never mark them up.

  14. 14

    Ad budget is separate

Your ad budget stays on your own card, in your own account. We manage it, you own it, you see every dollar. Above $2,000 a month, management is 15 percent of the extra.

  15. 15

    What ads need from you

About ten phone photos of real jobs a month. For local businesses these consistently beat designed graphics.

Changing plans

Moving up or down
  1. 01

Changes land on your next bill

Every plan change takes effect on your next billing date, and we do not prorate part of a month in either direction.

  2. 02

    Moving up, any day

Ask on any day and work at the new tier starts straight away, with the new price appearing on your next bill.

  3. 03

    What moving up costs

You pay the difference between the two onboarding fees once, so Storefront to Growth is $799 minus $349, which is $450. You never pay a full onboarding fee twice, and the free first month is a launch offer that does not come with a plan change.

  4. 04

Momentum and Growth start a fresh term

Moving up onto either one begins three paid months at that tier, whichever tier you came from.

  5. 05

Moving down, after three paid months

Once you have paid three months at your current tier you can move to any lower plan, Foundation included.

  6. 06

    Moving down needs 14 days

Ask at least 14 days before your billing date. A later request takes effect on the cycle after.

  7. 07

    Your build discount stays yours

Moving down never claws back the build discount you have already earned.

  8. 08

    Scheduled work follows your tier

Quarterly and biannual deliverables belong to the tier you are on the day they are due, so moving down before one means you do not receive it.

  9. 09

If you paid for the year

The months you have used are re-billed at the old tier's standard monthly rate, and what is left of your prepayment becomes account credit drawn down at the new tier's rate. The two free months are earned by finishing the year on one plan.

  10. 10

You sign a one page notice

Every change is confirmed with a Plan Change Notice through the client portal, showing the old tier, the new tier, the effective date, any onboarding difference, and the new term if one starts.

AI search

Built into Momentum and Growth

Customers now ask an AI assistant instead of typing a search. We do the work that helps you get named in the answer: schema markup, clear business information, and content that answers real questions. We check how those tools describe you, quarterly on Momentum and monthly on Growth, and you get a record of what changed.

Described correctly, structured properly, and watched. That work is already in the plans, not sold as an extra.

What happens next

Three steps
  1. 01

    A call

You tell us how customers find you now and what you want more of. We tell you honestly whether we are the right fit.

  2. 02

    A written proposal

One page: the build, the plan, the price, the timeline.

  3. 03

    The first thirty days

Something visible fixed in week one, everything set up in week two, a ninety day plan in week three, your first scoreboard in week four. See the whole roadmap, plan by plan.

Common questions

Asked before every signup

01How does the free month work?

Your plan starts the day your site goes live, and the first month is free: same edits, same speed, same report. Billing starts in month two. The build and onboarding are priced as normal.

The three-month term counts paid months, starting in month two. Pay yearly and the payment is charged when the free month ends, with twelve months from that date. Foundation and Partner have no free month.

02Why does every build come with a plan?

Because a site left alone loses value fast. Hours go wrong, photos age, the form breaks, and nobody notices. Pricing the build with the plan lets us build it right and keep it working.

On Momentum and Growth the lower build price assumes three paid months. Leave sooner and we bill the difference between the two build prices, scaled to the months you stayed. Your proposal shows the figure before you sign. Storefront has no term, and a Launch or Business build with Storefront costs its on-its-own price.

03How much do I pay before you start?

Onboarding, and nothing else: $349 on Storefront, $499 on Momentum, $799 on Growth, paid once at signing.

The build is billed the day your site goes live. A build bought with a plan needs no deposit.

04Do I own the website?

Yes, all of it. The site, the domain, the Google profile, and the ad accounts are yours, in your name.

If you would rather not deal with a registrar, we can hold the domain for you. It stays yours and is transferred whenever you ask. If you leave, you get the code and every credential within 15 business days, at no cost.

05How many edits do I actually get?

As many as you need. We work them one at a time, in order, at your plan's speed.

We do not sell hours. Counting them costs more than the work. If you always need several at once, we will suggest a bigger plan.

06What counts as an edit?

Text and image changes on pages that already exist. New pages and new features are quoted separately, unless your plan includes a build project.

07What if I already have a website?

Yes. We audit it first for $400, so we know what we are taking on. Sign up and the $400 comes off your bills, rolling forward until used up. The speed guarantee applies to sites we built.

08How long does a build take?

One page and Launch, about two weeks. Business, three to four. Custom gets a timeline in the proposal. The clock starts when we have your content and access.

09Can I change plans later?

Move up on any day: work at the new tier starts straight away, the new price appears on your next bill, and the only cost is the difference between the two onboarding fees. Moving up onto Momentum or Growth begins three paid months at that tier.

Move down once you have paid three months at your current tier, asked at least 14 days before your billing date. Moving down never touches your build discount.

10Do you work outside Sacramento?

Yes. Most of the work is remote. Local businesses get in person visits when it helps, particularly for photography.

11What if it is not working?

Tell us early. Most problems are scope or expectations, and a conversation fixes both.

If a deadline passes without a word from us, a week of that month's plan fee is credited. And if it still is not right, Storefront is month to month already, Momentum and Growth go month to month after three paid months, and we hand everything over cleanly.
