  What it costs, and what you commit to

  [01] How much does a website cost?
       One page is $800, Launch $2,000, and Business $3,500. Stores and custom features are
       quoted after a call. Compare the builds to see which fits.

  [02] What does the monthly plan cost, and what does it cover?
       Storefront is $150 a month for website care. Momentum is $500 with monthly SEO, ads, and
       review replies. Growth is $1,500 with a higher ad cap, conversion tracking, and content
       improvements. Ad spend is separate. Compare the plans.

  [03] Is there a minimum term on a plan?
       No. Storefront, Momentum, and Growth run month to month, with thirty days notice from
       either side. The build is paid by launch, so there is no build balance when you leave.
       Read the cancellation terms.

  [04] What is not included in the plan?
       Plan edits cover existing pages. Redesigns, new features, and content production are
       extra unless your plan lists them. Momentum and Growth include a quarterly service area
       page; Growth also includes two campaign pages a year. See optional extras.

  [05] Can we pay for a year up front?
       Yes. Pay ten months for twelve. A new plan starts at launch. Prepayments are not
       refunded; if you leave early, the unused balance becomes credit toward other Parabox
       Digital work. See annual payment and plan-change rules.

  [06] What happens to everything if we leave?
       Your domain, site files, database export, analytics, and ad accounts go with you at no
       cost. Once the account is paid in full, handover takes up to fifteen business days.
       Hosting ends with the paid period.

  [07] What if I already have a site?
       Static and Next.js sites can take a plan without a build or setup fee. Migration is
       guaranteed within five business days of full access, or your first month is not billed.
       WordPress, Wix, and Squarespace sites need a rebuild. Check your platform when booking.

  [08] What is a business day?
       Monday to Friday, Pacific time, excluding US federal holidays. Turnaround starts when you
       send your request by text or email.

  [09] What are the guarantees?
       Build: ten business days for One page or Launch, twenty for Business, or $300 off. Rush:
       the premium refunded if the deadline is missed. Migration: first month not billed if
       late. Growth: more leads in paid month three than month one, or month four is not billed.

  # How a project runs
  Timeline, content, and build details

  [10] How long does a project take?
       Allow about two weeks for One page or Launch and three to four for Business, after
       content sign-off. You get a written schedule before starting. Having one person approve
       the work helps keep it on track.

  [11] What do you need from us to start?
       Your goals, one decision-maker, and any copy, photos, or brand assets you have. If you
       need help preparing content, say so on the call so I can include it in the scope.

  [12] Can you redesign a site we already have?
       Yes. I review the current site and any available analytics, then rebuild around what
       customers use and what needs improving.

  [13] What do you build on?
       Next.js on Vercel. Every build has an editable menu or service list; Business adds a full
       content management system and blog. Shopify stores stay on Shopify and are quoted as
       Custom work.

  [14] Do you do SEO?
       Every build includes technical SEO: page structure, titles, descriptions, a sitemap, and
       structured data. Momentum and Growth add monthly SEO with ten tracked search terms.

  # The studio
  Ownership, location, and next steps

  [15] Do we own the site when it is finished?
       Yes. The domain, code, analytics, and ad accounts are yours. If I hold your domain for
       you, I transfer it on request at no cost.

  [16] Do you work with businesses outside Sacramento?
       Yes. I work remotely with businesses anywhere. The studio serves the Sacramento region,
       and local clients can meet in person.

  [17] What happens after launch?
       If you choose a plan, care starts at launch. Edits take three business days on
       Storefront, two on Momentum, and the next business day on Growth. Reports arrive
       quarterly on Storefront and monthly on the other two. You can also buy the build alone.

  [18] How do we start?
       Book a free thirty-minute call or send a message. I reply to messages within two business
       days. If the project fits, you get a proposal with scope, schedule, and price.
